This website is owned by MOTION & EMOTION, LDA., with the unique tax identification and legal person number 516862723 and with its registered office at Rua do Arco nº9, Quinta do Aqueduto, 2660-179 Santo Antão do Tojal, hereinafter referred to as HOUSITTUDE.
HOUSITTUDE is a registered trade mark, and all rights inherent in its reproduction or exploitation are reserved to its owner.

Access to and use of the website is free of charge for the USER.
It is not compulsory for the USER to register on the website in order to access its contents.

The entire website, including but not limited to its design, structure and distribution, texts and contents, logos, buttons, images, source code, as well as industrial and intellectual property rights and any other identifying symbol, belong to HOUSITTUDE, and therefore any use, copying, reproduction, deletion, damage, partial or total, temporary or definitive alteration of the same without the express written authorisation of HOUSITTUDE, without it being understood at any time that there is any type of licence or authorisation of any kind, total or partial, granted to third parties or USERS by HOUSITTUDE.
HOUSITTUDE reserves the right to unilaterally alter the presentation, configuration and content of the website at any time and without prior notice. Even if one of the clauses of these conditions is considered null and void, this will not affect the remaining conditions.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
In order to clarify any doubts or resolve any disagreements that may arise in the fulfilment and interpretation of this contract, the parties should first try an out-of-court settlement.
If it is not possible to resolve the disagreement out of court, the parties shall resort to the competent courts.
The CUSTOMER may also, if they so wish, resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre.
HOUSITTUDE's adherence to arbitration will be bound by the existing legal provisions regarding compulsory adherence, and will be on a case-by-case basis in all other cases.
